Refund policy
We have a 15 day return policy. If 15 days have passed since the date of receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
For return purposes, you must first notify us by sending an email to info@venicecollections.com or contact us via chat to agree on the return methods.
The shipment for the return of the goods will be at your expense.
However, different methods are foreseen if the product arrives already damaged.
In this case you will have to contact us immediately (via email or via chat) and send us a photo to confirm the damage, after which we will agree on the shipment which we will pay for this time and the refund (or exchange) which will take place promptly once the return has been received.
In the case of a product not already damaged on arrival, only partial refunds are granted in some cases:
* Article with obvious signs of use.
* Item that is not in its original state, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons unrelated to our error.
Refund Method
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of the item. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied in a manner we agree to, within a few days.
You change
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email to info@venicecollections.com.
Depending on the country you live in, the delivery time for the replacement product may vary.
If you need to ship an item over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
